This abstract collection is a collaboration between Jordan Smith and Mattison May between February and April of 2025. The 40 5x4 inch pieces were passed back and forth after laying down a single layer or component. Each piece includes gouache paint, and most include other mediums such as colored pencil, collage, marker, or even nail polish. This collection is both artists’ first experience making abstract art and represents an exploration of many mediums, techniques, and styles.
